These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between users of the Damane.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") and Damane Europe (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") for all orders for products placed on the website.
Acceptance of conditions
By placing an order on the site, the customer accepts without reservation these General Conditions of Sale.
Delivery
The seller undertakes to deliver orders within 48 working hours from the date of confirmation of the order in mainland France. For deliveries in Europe, times may vary between 3 and 6 working days. Delivery is free for all orders exceeding 1000 euros. For orders below this amount, delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. The seller reserves the right to modify delivery times in the event of exceptional circumstances.
Returns and Refunds
In case of receipt of goods damaged during transport, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The customer will need to provide photos of the damaged products as well as the shipping packaging and pallet for evaluation. Based on this assessment, the seller will decide whether to replace the damaged products or to refund the corresponding amount in full. Returns for other reasons will not be accepted.
Protection of personal data
The seller collects, uses, stores and discloses information collected from users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the website damane.fr
Compliance with European laws
The seller undertakes to comply with all applicable European laws and regulations regarding data protection, delivery and returns.
Change of conditions
The seller reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly consult the General Conditions of Sale to take note of any updates.
By placing an order on the website damane.fr, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale in their entirety.
