Delivery and Refund Policy

This delivery and returns policy governs how Damane Europe handles deliveries, returns and disputes for orders placed on our website damane.fr. This policy applies to food professionals based in France and Europe and to all orders shipped to mainland France and Europe.  

Delivery

We undertake to deliver your orders within 48 working hours from the date of confirmation of the order, on French territory. In Europe, delivery times are 3 to 6 working days following the ordering.

Delivery is free for all orders exceeding 1000 euros excluding tax. For orders below this amount, delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

We reserve the right to change delivery times depending on exceptional circumstances such as public holidays, bad weather or any other unforeseen event. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

Returns

If you receive goods damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged products as well as the shipping packaging and pallet so that we can assess the problem. Based on this assessment, we will decide whether to replace the damaged products or refund you the corresponding amount in full.

Returns for other reasons will not be accepted.
